Right of Inspection:
Upon receiving your order, we strongly encourage you to promptly inspect the goods. If you identify any items damaged in transit, incorrectly shipped, or defective due to faulty material or workmanship, please notify us within 30 days of delivery by sending an email to [email protected]. Failure to do so within this timeframe will be considered acceptance of the goods.
Return & Exchange Conditions:
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition (unworn or unused), with intact tags and in the original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase. When returning or exchanging items, use a shipping method that provides tracking information. Note that on-sale items, and damages or losses caused by customers are non-returnable.
General Return Process:
Initiate a return by contacting [email protected], providing images and/or videos of the items, along with your order number. Our customer service team will review your return request within 3 business days. If approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Charges:
If the return is due to our error, a full refund will be issued. However, if it is due to the buyer’s preference or ordering error, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Certain return reasons may incur a 10% restocking fee.
Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt and promptly reach out to us if any issues arise. We will assess the matter and take appropriate action.
Exchanges:
For expedited exchanges, we recommend returning the item and making a separate purchase for the desired item once the return is approved.
Order Cancellations:
Should you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled and fully refunded if the parcel has not been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
Refunds:
Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for return processing. Refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
